Placing Orders: By placing an order with Boutique Seraphine, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
Order Details: Each order is custom-made and delivered as per the specified requirements and delivery times outlined in the confirmation provided upon order confirmation.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Clients can request changes or reviews within the specified timeframe mentioned in the confirmation. Cancellations must be addressed directly by phone and are only valid upon confirmation from Boutique Seraphine. Clients will be charged for the hours worked on their order.
Payment: Upon receiving the invoice, full payment should be made within 14 days. For orders exceeding €10,000, a down-payment may be required. Any installment payment arrangement must be confirmed before placing the order.
Support Fund: If you are a client of our “Entrepreneur Support Fund” and you choose to “pay what you want,” you can decide the amount that works for you. A statement will be sent after your payment is completed.
Shipping and Returns: Shipping and return policies, if applicable, are provided separately as an attachment to the order confirmation.
Changes to Terms: Boutique Seraphine reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or other suitable channels.
